  • As much as we’d like to be as proactive as possible, it’s not always a reality when it comes to HR. I will help you build programs and practices that can mitigate critical situations while also jumping in to help when those urgent people needs arise.

  • Imagine having a performance review process designed for you which only takes a few hours each year to keep your team feeling recognized and mentored, while also having someone to call who will coach you through a challenging performance management issue step by step.

Identifying gaps and critical needs

  • When you have a small team, it can feel like everything is urgent and prioritization becomes overwhelming. I will assess your current processes, identify quick fixes, build a plan for how and when to address other focus areas, and I’ll help you execute on implementing changes.

  • How are you managing the new pay transparency laws which are already in effect in 8 states and also apply to remote job postings? I’ve built a strategy to attract the right level of talent with job postings, and to address communication and implications with existing employees.

    Did you know that external benefits brokers don’t cost your company anything because they are paid on commission from the insurance premiums? I’ve saved a company over $1M per year in benefit costs by implementing different funding strategies. Having the right partners in place to help guide your strategy can differentiate your total rewards package and save you money on critical benefits.

  • What makes sense for a 10 person company may be entirely different for when that same company has a team of 50. Implementing the right programs at the right time is critical. I can help you build programs which will evolve as your business and team change over time.

  • I’ve transitioned a company from managing its people data on spreadsheets to having a basic HR tech stack that costs less than $15k per year. It included an HRIS, ATS, and performance management system with automated workflows between IT, benefits brokers, employees, and managers to streamline onboarding, offboarding, and reporting. This resulted in hours saved and auditable security processes.

About Me

As the former Chief People Officer at Topia, a VC-backed Talent Mobility SaaS platform, I led global People & Culture initiatives through multiple company transformations and acquisitions, amidst turbulent macroeconomic pressures and the COVID-19 pandemic. With a track record of success in driving business results and culture change, I focused on cost-savings while implementing creative and scalable people strategies. Previously, at Lyft, I oversaw a nationwide team of People Business Partners influencing strategic programs, managing employee relations, and preparing for post-IPO operations during rapid growth. Earlier in my career, I joined Pandora pre-IPO as one of the first HR hires and was tasked with implementing infrastructure and delivering an exceptional employee experience as the company quickly expanded. I later became the HRBP to over 600 sales and revenue operations employees across 40 US locations. My expertise spans HR leadership, change management, and operational excellence, supported by an MBA from the University of San Francisco and a strong foundation in sociology and managerial economics from the University of California, Davis.
