About Me

As the former Chief People Officer at Topia, a VC-backed Talent Mobility SaaS platform, I led global People & Culture initiatives through multiple company transformations and acquisitions, amidst turbulent macroeconomic pressures and the COVID-19 pandemic. With a track record of success in driving business results and culture change, I focused on cost-savings while implementing creative and scalable people strategies. Previously, at Lyft, I oversaw a nationwide team of People Business Partners influencing strategic programs, managing employee relations, and preparing for post-IPO operations during rapid growth. Earlier in my career, I joined Pandora pre-IPO as one of the first HR hires and was tasked with implementing infrastructure and delivering an exceptional employee experience as the company quickly expanded. I later became the HRBP to over 600 sales and revenue operations employees across 40 US locations. My expertise spans HR leadership, change management, and operational excellence, supported by an MBA from the University of San Francisco and a strong foundation in sociology and managerial economics from the University of California, Davis.
